Lukyanova National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2  In the course of the conducted research, a systematic analysis of the status of reproductive health of women and children, an analysis and evaluation of the national system of health care to mothers and children, a system of analysis and integral evaluation of various branches of the maternal and child health care service in the modern conditions of the sphere of activity of health care, the impact of military actions on the activities of the maternal and child health care service, and their evaluation was carried out. An above-average level of achievement of the planned results of the maternal and child health service was revealed - the coefficient of comprehensive assessment is 0.79 with a variation in the section of the components from a high level of -0.89 according to the results of the structure to above average - 0.78 according to by performance indicators and 0.76 by process indicators. The most problematic indicative indicators of maternal and child health services with a low and below-average level of the coefficient of achievement of results are the maternal mortality rate (KDNP = 0.0), the frequency of cesarean section (KDNP = 0.37), the frequency of low birth weight newborns ( KDNZ =0.5), neonatal transfer index (KDNZ =0.6). According to geospatial analysis, Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Sumy oblasts and Kyiv became the leaders of the integrated effectiveness of maternal and child health services with a high level of the coefficient of achievement of results (KKO≥0.80), and the outsiders from average level of KKO (0.61-0.69), - Donetsk and Kherson regions.
