The Sergiiv Territorial Community faces numerous tasks, among which the main ones are: determining the community's development priorities, forming the community's budget, ensuring the provision of basic services to its residents, building an effective resource management system, and others. The society must also effectively respond to external challenges, among which it is worth highlighting the current situation of the country in the conditions of the invasion of the Russian Federation on its territory, as well as the increase in the mobility of labor resources in this connection; increasing international competition for investment and development resources. In order to solve the tasks and respond to these and other challenges, it is necessary to ensure medium- and long-term planning of the development of the territorial community. The main document, according to which the community will develop, will be the Strategy of Socio-Economic Development of the Serhiiv Territorial Community for 2023-2029, which was developed on the basis of program and strategic documents of national and local significance, Ukrainian legislation on reforming local self-government and regional development.
