Zinc accumulation in spring barley grain increased from 24.2 mg/kg to 28.9 mg/kg or 19.4% in the excessively wet year versus the dry year. The content of the highly toxic element cadmium increased by 0.02 mg/kg, which is 40%. The complex application of spraying spring barley crops with Humisol plus 01 grain on the background of pre-sowing seed treatment at a distance of 2 km from the TPP gives the maximum reduction of lead content in grain by 33.3-39.1% relative to the control. The weather conditions of the research years had the greatest influence on the nature of the grain (79.8%) and the weight of 1000 grains (61.8%). Most of the 17 varieties of winter wheat that were studied formed the maximum weight index of 1000 grains due to increased rainfall and air humidity during the grain pouring period. The degree of influence of variety features on gluten parameters (quantity and quality) is 72.0% and 67.9%, respectively. The content of protein in grain depends almost equally on the conditions of the year and on the characteristics of the variety. The highest profit of 8410 UAH /ha and profitability of 80.6% was obtained when spring barley seeds were inoculated with the preparations Microhumin + Humisol-plus 01 (the highest yield was obtained - 3.14 t/ha). The highest profit of 17180 UAH /ha and profitability of 137.4% was obtained when winter wheat seeds were inoculated with Microhumin + Humisol-plus 01 preparations (the highest yield was obtained - 7.42 t/ha).
