Research object – the process of manufacturing ceramic membranes/ceramic modules; determination of the physical and chemical characteristics of ceramic membranes; development of a mobile unit for treating natural and wastewater. Purpose of work – The purpose of this project is to obtain new low-cost ceramic membranes of controlled design and with specified transport characteristics, their modification for targeted adjustment of physical, chemical and electrical properties with the subsequent creation mobile water treatment installations based on them. Research methods – own approaches to the manufacture of ceramic membranes/membrane modules and their testing on model solutions and wastewater. Results and novelty: first: ceramic membranes of various configurations were synthesised from Ukrainian natural raw materials, the technological parameters of the synthesis of their supporting and selective layers were established; membrane modules for semi-industrial conditions were manufactured. improved: methods for determining the pore size and permeability of ceramic membranes. The got further development: filtration modes on various contaminated water samples. Implementation of the results of SRW – semi-industrial tests were carried out, which allows us to assert the prospects of using synthesised ceramic matrices in the mobile water treatment plant developed by the authors of the project.
