The phenomenon of plant-microbial interactions was studied on the example of model microbial communities associated with D.antarctica. Two phenotypes of model microbial communities were formed, such as "air-liquid-solid surface" and "liquid-solid surface". It was proved that biofilm formation indicators, such as the structure of biofilms, as well as the presence and ratio of components, depended on the phenotype of the microbial community and the cultivation conditions. Visualization of biofilms using confocal microscopy has shown the presence of nucleic acids and cellulose as the main components of biofilms. The presence of carbosomes was also detected.
