Purpose of work – establishing and studying the physical mechanisms of photo / X-ray dynamic action, design of photo / X-ray-excited nanosystems for sensitization of reactive oxygen species with improved membrane permeability and combined photo / X-ray dynamic and immunotherapeutic action, and the possibility of X-ray and optical visualization. Research methods – measurement of absorption, photo- and X-ray luminescence spectra of nanosystems in the presence of chitosan and model membranes, and generation of luminescence of singlet oxygen upon their excitation. Results and novelty – Formation and electronic processes in "heavy atom / organic matrix / photosensitizer / chitosan" nanosystems and their interaction with model membranes were studied. The formation of the nanosystem "hafnium oxide nanoparticles / polystyrene nanoparticles / chlorin e6 / chitosan", generation of singlet oxygen by this system, and a noticeable increase in the absorption of X-rays by the system due to a small amount of hafnium oxide nanoparticles in it are shown.
