Calculations of the most loaded elements of the installation and power parameters of the stationary complex for press welding are performed. A set of experiments on the clamping of steel thin-walled parts, pipes with a bottom was carried out and the influence of the clamping force on the possibility of deformation of these parts was determined. The concept of the mechanism of clamping of steel thin-walled details in the welding machine is developed. An algorithm for controlling the process of MIAB of steel thin-walled parts, pipes with a bottom has been developed. The full complex of works on development of the technical project and working design documentation of the stationary welding complex for mass industrial use is executed.
