The subject of research is the means and approaches to the formation of modern forms of promoting youth employment in the conditions of economic globalization. The purpose of the study is to analyze the state of youth in the labor market and the conditions for achieving effective youth employment in the system of strategic management of the socio-economic development of the region. In the first paragraph, modern trends in the formation of youth employment systems in the domestic labor market were investigated. Systemic reasons have been identified that worsen the situation of young people in the labor market: asymmetry of information, structural inconsistency of the parameters of the labor supply of young workers and the demand for their labor, lack of experience, insufficient integration into professional networks, internal labor markets. In the second paragraph, the correspondence of the educational services market for youth employment in the labor market was analyzed. Ways to increase the competitiveness of young people on the labor market are proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of new labor relations in the conditions of the information era for companies are determined; steps on the way to creating a new ecosystem of higher education. The impact of the crisis caused by COVID-19 and martial law in Ukraine on the youth labor market is determined. In the third paragraph, a study of domestic and foreign experience in combating youth unemployment is carried out. Directions for solving youth unemployment in Ukraine are proposed. The conclusions provide the main results of the second stage of the research on the analysis of the formation of modern forms of promoting youth employment in the conditions of economic globalization.
