A logical model of the structure of the current state has been developed: -the structure of the primary elements of CBM objects: enterprise (facility); building; land plot - the primary element of the territory; -place of LRO in the structure of information support of CBM; -the role of the engineering and planning organisation in the formation and functions of LRT; -the place of soil cover in the landscape composition and Infological model creation: " soil type - meliorative measures", "soil type - fertilisation".
