Objects for investment in field feed production have been established taking into account climate change. 6 characteristics of infrastructure investment objects have been identified; 6 signs of scientific and 5 signs of adaptive investment. The proposed areas of investment will help increase the efficiency of investments aimed at the development of feed production by 15-20% and will contribute to environmental protection. The volume and features of investing in energy- and resource-saving technologies, irrigation systems, taking into account the climate crisis in field forage production, have been studied. According to calculations, the introduction of energy-saving technology per 100 hectares without discounting will pay for itself in 2.4 years. Taking into account discounting, investments are also profitable, since their net present value is greater than zero (100.8 thousand UAH), and the profitability index is greater than one - 1.48. According to calculations, investment projects for the creation of forest belts will pay off within 4 years and 3 months; per 100 hectares of land resources, the volume of investments will be 325.6 thousand UAH, which will be invested in the first year of creating the forest belt. The net present value (NPV) is 100.74 and the return on investment is 1.3, so such projects are economically feasible. The introduction of irrigation technology projects without discounting will pay for itself in 12.5 years. But taking into account discounting, they are not economically effective, so support from the state is needed. The current state and the need for investment to implement the development strategy have been studied.
