Based on the results of the research, the mechanism of formation of cenotic populations of micromycetes in agrocenoses of agricultural crops was scientifically and methodically substantiated in order to increase the ecological safety of agroecosystems in the conditions of climate change. The role of allelopathic activity of varieties of cultivated plants, according to biological technologies of their cultivation, in the formation of cenotic populations of micromycetes in agrocenoses was determined; the role of microorganisms in the formation of the allelopathic regime of the soil is clarified and the taxonomic characteristics of phytopathogenic micromycetes are given; the mechanism of formation of cenotic populations of micromycetes in agrocoenoses of agricultural crops of micromycetes with the use of various technologies for growing cultivated plants was revealed; scientific and methodological recommendations were developed and research results were tested at the Skvirsk research station of the Institute of Agroecology and Nature Management of the National Academy of Sciences. The determined and scientifically justified mechanism of the formation of coenotic populations of micromycetes will allow to increase the ecological safety of plant products by reducing the number of phytopathogenic and mycotoxic micromycetes both in the soil and on vegetative organs and seeds of agricultural plants.
