The purpose of the research work is to ensure the effective functioning of the facility prioritization system for financing capital expenditures on construction, reconstruction, and major repair facilities. To perform the work, a complex of general scientific methods was used - theoretical and logical generalization, observation, cause-and-effect relationships and expert assessments, comparative analysis, synthesis. The result of the work is a report on the implementation of scientific and research work, which contains the results of the approval of the algorithm of prioritization of objects for the financing of capital expenditures at the objects of construction, reconstruction and capital repair, and proposals for the optimization of the system of prioritization of objects for the financing of capital expenditures at objects projects of construction, reconstruction and capital repair. The scientific novelty of the work consists in determining the coefficients of influence on the value of the integral coefficient of effectiveness obtained by the algorithm of prioritization of objects for the financing of capital expenditures on objects of construction, reconstruction and capital repair, and changing the ranges of their values.
