The purpose of the work is to improve the method of processing information from the spectrofluorimeter in order to increase the sensitivity of the "Sensor based on nanoparticles for the detection of anthrax and tuberculosis in real time" The result of the work was: - analyzed problems in identifying the causative agent of anthrax; - the proposed technology for detecting the causative agent of anthrax; - developed algorithms for recognition and classification of spectral absorption of individual biological components in the integrated spectrum of the absorbed mixture, algorithms for the analysis of multicomponent biological mixtures, an interface for visualization of optical spectroscopy data and communication with a PC; - the possibility of identifying the sources of the causative agent of anthrax with the help of the "Sensor ..." using the one-dimensional probability distribution function (pathogen detection methods using fluorescence spectra) was analyzed; - the experimental setup is described; - analyzed the possibility of identifying microorganisms using factor analysis and approximation approach; - the possibility of using the information method for the detection and identification of microorganisms was analyzed.
