The object of research is the fuel complex of Ukraine in the war and post-war periods. The subject of the study is the production of synthetic liquid motor fuel from coal in Ukraine during the war and post-war periods. The purpose of the work is to develop a technical and economic rationale for the creation of coal-fired coal-fired power plant production in Ukraine based on the principles of territorial distribution, raw material diversification, and a variety of forms of production organization. Research methodology - the methodological basis of the project is the synergistic paradigm and the theory of systems, which are implemented through the following research methods: bibliometric analysis, structural analysis, taxonomy method, entropy method, matrix analysis, time series analysis, cognitive and economic-mathematical modeling, project approach. Results and their novelty: for the first time: ‒ developed a conceptual and logical model for ensuring the development of production of SRMP in Ukraine, which consists of four blocks: scientific, analytical, organizational and institutional; improved: ‒ a conceptual model for the analysis of demand and supply on the world and Ukrainian motor fuel markets within the framework of the analytical block of the conceptual and logical model for ensuring the development of the production of motor fuel in Ukraine; Description of the final product ‒ within the framework of the GDR, it is planned to develop a technical and economic justification for the creation of the production of SRMP in Ukraine from coal. These updates are intended for ‒ the development of working documentation for the creation of separate enterprises for the production of SRMP in the regions of Ukraine.
