Studies to study the characteristics of carbon dioxide emissions from the soil and the balance of humus in the cultivation of crops in crop rotation under different systems of fertilizers and liming will be conducted in a stationary experiment. popup.description2  The object of research is the reproduction of effective fertility in the degraded acidic soils of the Western Polissia province of Ukraine under the conditions of inefficient systems of their use and the objective limitation of the possibilities of agricultural intensification at the current stage. Research methods - stationary research methods were used, laboratory research was carried out according to generally accepted methods in agrochemistry, mathematical statistics methods - for processing research results. The purpose of the research is to determine the intensity of CO2 emissions from turf-podzolic soil, the balance of humus and organic carbon under the influence of various anthropogenic factors in short-rotation crop rotation on turf-podzolic soil in the conditions of the Western Polissia. As a result of the conducted research, an adaptive technology for the use of limestone ameliorants, fertilizers on sod-podzolic soil in the agrocenosis of the short-rotational crop rotation of the Western Polissia was developed. It was established that during the growing season in the field of corn, soybeans, and winter wheat, with the application of calculated doses of fertilizers N117P25K45 and N138P57K117 + S40 + Nutrivant universal, 2 kg/ha (twice) against the background of dolomite flour 1.0 Ng, a decrease in the concentration of CO2 in the surface layers of air and its emission flows from the soil compared to other options, which is associated with higher crop productivity. The maximum rate of carbon dioxide emissions during the growing season in a field of corn, soybeans, and winter wheat was noted for the one-sided application of nitrogen fertilizers against the background of dolomite flour at a dose of 1.0 Ng.
