The following tasks were solved: the scientific basis of the study of the civil-legal provision of social transformations in the conditions of European integration was determined, the peculiarities of the activity of legal subjects within the limits of the civil-legal provision of social transformations in the conditions of European integration were characterized; the peculiarities of harmonization as a universal means of bringing national legislation to international legal standards are analyzed; modern problems of civil-legal provision of social relations in terms of bringing it into line with international standards are clarified. As a result of the study, it was found that the orientation towards the European vector of development requires from the civilians of Ukraine not only the awareness of new approaches to defining the problems of scientific research, but also the formation of a new civic thinking, the perception of categories and constructions of modern European civil law, which has been formed in Europe for decades and enters European legal consciousness through the prism of the principle of the rule of law, the priority of human rights and freedoms, the principles of good faith and justice.
