The method provides an unambiguous non-quantitative criterion for the presence of one or another phase in the material. It is shown that the method works reliably in conditions where a significant number of reflections on the diffractograms are smaller in intensity and/or compared to noise. The phase composition of LFCM black ceramics was investigated by the methods of electron microscopy and X-ray phase analysis. For the first time, the presence of the mineral agrinierite K2Ca(UO2)6O6(OH)4·5H2O in LFCM black ceramics was established. The presence of uranium oxide UО2,34 and chernobylite (Zr1-xUx)SiO4 was confirmed. It was established that during the stay at the "Shelter" Facility after the accident, the uranium oxide UО2 of the nuclear fuel oxidized to UО2,34. The main part of uranium oxide, which was in inclusions in LFCM, during its stay in the "Shelter" facility, turned into the mineral agrinierite.
