The name of the stage: "Theoretical and methodological principles of determining losses, assessing the consequences of war and compensation policies." The object of the study is the process of development of agrarian entrepreneurship in the conditions of military aggression. The purpose of the NDR is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological bases for determining damage and losses, to assess the consequences of the war and compensation policies, and to develop methodological approaches to the assessment of losses of agricultural business entities as a result of the military aggression of the Russian Federation, to test the improved methods of determining direct damage on indirect damages (forgotten profits ) and identifying ways to improve the compensation policy to increase the efficiency of agrarian entrepreneurship. The purpose of the first stage is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of determining losses, assessing the consequences of war and compensation policies. Achieving the goal required the solution of three tasks: to form a system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of agrarian entrepreneurship in conditions of military aggression; to outline the methodology for assessing damage and losses as a result of military actions; to analyze the world experience of post-war compensation policy.
