Proportional detectors based on highly pure (99.9999%) xenon gas and corresponding detection units have been developed. Low-noise charge-sensitive amplifiers for detection units based on modern electronic components have been created. The optimized design and technique of entering the gas mixture allows to achieve stable operation of the detector in a wide temperature range (-40...+130C). A method of digital processing of the detector signal has been developed, which is used to suppress noise in the detector signal when working with external noise up to 90 dB. The main characteristics of the detectors are: high efficiency of registration of -radiation, high speed, possibility of operation in harsh climatic conditions. As a result of the implementation of the project, new devices with spectrometric properties were created for radiation monitoring during the circulation and storage of nuclear materials, radioactive substances and radioactive waste. Such devices will be primary sensitive elements in various radiation control systems at nuclear power facilities.
