As part of the work, the problem was studied and high-quality signal processing systems were synthesized, which simultaneously signals detection and parameter estimation in non-gaussian noise. To create parametric algorithms for the processing of random processes, the use of the moment-cumulant approach to their description is proposed. New models of the interaction of useful signals and non-Gaussian random variables of various types have been synthesized. New models made it possible to create new methods of processing random signals with better performance compared to known methods. The object of research is the processes of the joint signal detection and estimation of their parameters in non-Gaussian noise of various types and types. The subject of the research are mathematical models of the additive mixture of the useful signal and non-Gaussian noise, based on the moment-cumulant description, and computational methods of their numerical and computer implementation.
