The purpose of the research work is to study the theoretical foundations, develop practical and methodical recommendations for the identification of modeling and further forecasting of the functioning of economic systems in conditions of sustainable development. Research methods. The following methods were used to solve the problems and achieve the goal of the research: theoretical generalization and retrospective analysis, analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical, systematic and comparative analysis, historical-logical, statistical analysis, graphic, factor analysis. The main directions of system functioning, qualitative analysis of the current state of the main indicators of international trade and early planning of their dynamics in future periods have been analyzed, which will enable rational use of the received information by persons making managerial decisions and, having increased their awareness, implement a number of highly effective measures in the field of foreign trade countries; researched and analyzed the state and economic development of the tourist market of Ukraine, constructed the Lotky-Volterra model of competitive interaction by types of tourism; established dependencies of public assessments of corruption and efficiency of budget expenditures in countries with different levels of democracy; analysis of the dependence of adolescent success (failure) (as well as the risk of child poverty) on the main factors of the functioning of the government — the phenomenon of corruption, meeting the needs of the relevant spheres of life in society, through the optimal distribution of budget funds of different levels; the main types of risks and methods of their elimination are analyzed.
