Merefyansky white and Duchess. The purpose of the research - The purpose of the research is to determine the influence of biotic and abiotic factors on the physiological and biochemical processes of forming the productivity and quality of shallots and winter garlic under alternative methods of cultivation. Treatment of bulbs with an ozone-air mixture with an ozone concentration of 50 and 100 ppm and an exposure of 60 and 180 minutes. Accordingly, the loss of planting material of shallots from damage by gray neck rot is almost doubled compared to the control (to the level of 5.5–5.8%). The increase in yield of shallot bulbs under ozone treatment is 1.0-2.1 t/ha. The highest yield of shallots was noted for ozone concentrations of 10 and 100 PRM and exposure for 180 min - 12.3 t/ha (control - 10.2 t/ha). Pre-planting treatment of cloves of winter garlic with microbial preparations Mycohelp and Phytohelp provides an improvement in overwintering of plants by 1.7-7.9%, depending on the variety, which leads to the formation of optimal planting density. The increase in productivity with the use of drugs is 0.3-1.2 t/ha, depending on the variety. At the same time, there is an increase in the average mass of bulbs and their standard share in the crop structure. A significant improvement in overwintering of winter garlic is provided by the after-effect of pre-planting treatment of cloves with the synthetic fungicide Fundazol (by 12.3-19.0% higher than the control).
