The integral cross sections of S-, P-, D-wave states of charm quarkonia formed in the decays of b-hadrons were computed. Analytical expressions for the differential cross section and asymmetries, influenced by the polarization of beams in the process e+ e- → γ γ, were obtained, taking into account QED contributions and heavy lepton with spin 3/2 in large-angle scattering.
