The relationship between the angular distribution of probability and the carrier-envelope phase of the laser pulse has been examined. It is shown that the presence of an α-particle can significantly increase the asymmetry of the ionization probability relative to the direction of radiation polarization. The motion of fast charged particles through a magnetized electron plasma has been simulated using the Particle In Cell method.
