Subject of research – methods and means of monitoring heat losses through the enclosing structures of buildings, as well as monitoring the parameters of the microclimate of the premises. The objectives of the project are: to determine the main informative indicators of the energy efficiency of buildings that are appropriate to verify, improve methods and develop requirements for hardware and software controls, form recommendations for conducting energy audits of buildings that take into account the features of state and international standards. Results and novelty first recommendations for improving the methodology of research on air permeability have been developed, taking into account the requirements of the DSTU EN ISO 9972:2022 and DSTU B V.2.2.7 standards. Recommendations have been developed for improving the methodology for researching the microclimate parameters of premises, taking into account national and international standards and test norms. Improved: thermal resistance control method using the CFD model of the segment of the building shell structure, which made it possible to reduce the influence of instrumental factors on the research process and predict the condition of the control object taking into account conductive and convective-radiative heat exchange to ensure the recommended standards for the microclimate of the premises; mathematical model for calculating the heat losses of the building, which, unlike the existing one, takes into account the influence of the air permeability of the enclosing multilayer wall structures and contains refined coefficients of heat transfer on the inner and outer surfaces of the walls, which depend on the change in the hydrodynamic and thermal characteristics of air environment.
