Identified threats from the ecological system, anthropogenic load and the consequences of hostilities in threatened territories. Methods of reducing pollution of water environments by various pollutants, in particular heavy metals, was developed and experimentally tested. A set of single safety indicators of OCI was established. The proposed structure of means for measuring and registering influential parameters on the reconstruction and sustainable operation of OCI. The parameters influencing the operation of the OCI were measured (on the example of the energy sector). There were formed databases with the information on emissions of hazardous substances and the possibility of emergency man-made situations in natural ecosystems, as well as developed methods for reducing their impact on natural ecosystems.
