A comprehensive approach has been developed to establish a set of determining criteria to ensure the efficiency of multiaxis machining. It made it possible to develop a reliable mathematical model for selecting the fixture layouts by minimizing the cost for a given range of their changes. A scientific approach of multiaxis machining is proposed using the example of bracket-type parts, which consists of intensifying the processes of manufacturing machine parts, which ensures the specified accuracy of cutting processes and increases the efficiency of manufacturing parts on metalworking equipment by reducing non-productive time spent and the number of equipment units. To ensure the efficiency of the fixture design process, an information model for determining power characteristics has been developed, which allows you to calculate cutting modes for drilling-milling-boring operations in an automated mode, increasing the efficiency of the design process of technological processes in manufacturing engineering. The results can be used during the fixture design for multiaxis machining bracket-type parts. A technique for selecting fixture layouts has been developed, which allows estimating the values of the determining parameters by solving the problem of optimizing the objective function in a multidimensional space. The parameters of metal cutting machines, which significantly affect the implementation of technological processes of multiaxis machining of complex profile parts, are determined, and the technological process of manufacturing bracket-type parts is proposed.
