A methodical approach to the assessment of the innovative potential of enterprises, taking into account the integral indicator, has been developed by listing the indicators of the assessment of the innovative potential of enterprises and describing the methods of their calculation and reduction to a single (integral) indicator. The approaches to the methodological identification of the concept of "communal property" and the use of the potential of communal property of territorial communities to provide housing for internally displaced persons are substantiated, as well as the ways of investing in updating the material base of communal property and the methods of attracting investment in communal property to expand the resource base are substantiated communities and territories. The methodical aspects of the implementation of modern scientific approaches to the identification of possible potentials for the development of the economic activity of the rural territories of the Ukrainian state have gained further development; proposed alternative types of economic activity in the rural areas of Ukraine, which still have not gained significant distribution and require special measures of the state economic policy for their development. The definition of measures for the implementation of relevant socio-economic mechanisms, which are aimed at the social development of an industrial enterprise in terms of management of innovative activities and innovative potential of the economic entity, has gained further development.
