We calculated the NDVI data of the index of experimental site No. 1, with a total area of 2.9 hectares, on which miscanthus giantus, of the Autumn starflower variety, is grown. The data accumulated and aggregated using the OneSoil program as of August 20 and September 19 showed us an NDVI index of 0.80 and 0.70, while the index determined by the quadcopter was 0.82 and 0.77. Therefore, the satellite can provide comparable data of the NDVI index in production conditions, if it is necessary to carry out a significant amount of measurements on the scale of Ukraine. The effectiveness of the use of portable photometers for determining the condition of plants is also considered, and the expediency of using express methods for determining chlorophyll fluorescence as an indicator of providing plants with nutrients is substantiated. It has been studied that in the absence of stress in bioenergy crops, the state of the photosystem (Fv/Fm ratio) strongly depends on the availability of macronutrients by plants, especially nitrogen, which is a biogenic element. At the same time, there is a direct, very strong correlation between the nitrogen content in the soil and the indicators of the photosystem of plants (r = 0.98), and there is an inverse significant correlation between the phosphorus content in the soil and the state of the photosystem (r = -0.67). The creation of a plant analysis system using satellite observation technologies and portable spectrophotometers of the visible spectrum makes it possible to optimize the processes of growing bioenergy crops, provide accurate predictive data on the productivity of crops and, if necessary, justify the feasibility of certain technological operations and the use of additional agricultural measures during the cultivation of crops.
