 As a result of the implementation of the project, the theoretical and scientific-practical approaches to determining the ecological and economic benchmarks for sustainable development of the country through the formation of private-state partnerships in the field of nature management were improved, a methodology for analyzing the effectiveness of public-private partnerships was developed, which is based on traditional principles of analysis, energy development scenarios were developed with an emphasis on renewable and alternative energy, taking into account the consequences of the war and the long-term need for energy resources in Europe and Ukraine.
