Helminths were identified as 47 different species (three species of monogeneans, three species of scrapers, five species of cestodes, 17 species of nematodes and 19 species of nematodes) belonging to 39 genera, 27 families, five classes and three phyla. Nucleotide sequences of the mitochondrial gene cox1 and nuclear gene 18S were obtained for most species. The resulting sequences have been uploaded to the GenBank database and are already available or will be available from the moment the articles are published. The results of the project are presented in three articles, two datasets in the GBIF database, and also presented at an international seminar, two international and one Ukrainian conference. The complete dataset of all helminth findings within the project has been accepted for publication as an article in the Biodiversity Data Journal (Q2).
