Methods: Standard molecular biological protocols, which included: isolation of RNA and DNA, oligonucleotide primers design, reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), PCR, real-time PCR, creation of recombinant DNA, Southern hybridization, DNA sequencing, fluorescence confocal microscopy of live and fixed mammalian cells, ultra-high-resolution fluorescence microscopy STED, etc. Work results. It was shown that post-translational modification of the USP1 protein in the form of phosphorylation is one of the consequences of forming the Bcr-Abl/USP1 protein complex. Uncontrolled phosphorylation of USP1 disrupts the dynamic balance between ubiquitination and deubiquitination processes and cell homeostasis.
