The subject of the research is a revision of state building regulations DBN V.2.3-22:2009 "Bridges and Pipes. Basic design requirements". The purpose of the work: analysis of current regulations, regulatory acts and regulatory documents and technical literature regarding the basic rules for the design of bridges and pipes and development based on them of a new edition of state building regulations DBN V.2.3-22:202X "Bridges and Pipes. Basic design requirements". The study is carried out taking into account international experience with the aim of establishing modern norms, requirements and rules for the design of bridges and pipes, ensuring compliance with the requirements for the design of bridges and pipes taking into account current legislation, in particular the Laws of Ukraine "On Building Regulations" and "On Regulation of Town Planning activity", subordinate regulatory legal acts, as well as other construction norms and national standards of Ukraine. The introduction of the new version of the state building regulations will make it possible to ensure the design of transport structures with an increased level of safety and durability, the use of modern materials, equipment and technologies for the manufacture and installation of structures. The relevance of the research is the development and implementation of a new version of the state building regulations DBN V.2.3-22:202X "Bridges and Pipes. Basic design requirements" is due to the growth of road construction volumes and the need for modern regulatory support for the design of complex engineering structures, such as bridges in particular. The state building regulations revision project is closely related to requirements for fire and man-made safety, environmental protection, as well as requirements for the safety of road users.
