The purpose of the work: analysis of current regulations, regulatory acts and regulatory documents and technical literature regarding the basic rules for the design of bridges and pipes and development of a new edition of state building regulations DBN V.2.3-26:202X "Bridges and Pipes. "Design of steel structures". Study is carried out taking into account international experience with the aim of establishing modern standards, requirements and rules for the design of steel structures of bridges and pipes, ensuring compliance with the requirements for the design of bridges and pipes in accordance with current legislation, in particular the Laws of Ukraine "On Construction Standards" and "On regulation of urban planning activities", subordinate legal acts, as well as other construction norms and national standards of Ukraine. The introduction of the new version of the state building regulations will make it possible to ensure the design of transport structures with an increased level of safety and durability, the use of modern materials, equipment and technologies for the manufacture and installation of structures. The relevance of the research is the development and implementation of a new version of the state building regulations DBN V.2.3-26:202X "Bridges and Pipes. Design of steel structures" is due to the growth of road construction volumes and the need for modern regulatory support for the design of structures complex in terms of engineering, in particular bridges. The state building regulations project is closely related to requirements for fire and man-made safety, environmental protection, as well as requirements for the safety of road users.
