The main results of the work: a methodology was developed for the selection of strategic alternatives based on the complex modeling of individual marketing logistics chains and the gradual formation of the composition of supply chain participants. This research is based on the application of the hierarchy analysis method and the "double sourcing" planning method (70/30) to substantiate the choice of supply strategy in the market of material resources; methods of optimal planning in accordance with the Bayesian criterion, linear planning and logistic modeling - to substantiate the choice of management decisions and the strategy of distribution of finished products. For the purpose of forming a powerful personnel information management system, it is proposed to improve the personnel management information support subsystem of an innovatively oriented enterprise in the context of improving adaptive personnel management programs. Taking into account the specifics of the activity of poultry enterprises, reducing costs should be considered as one of the main factors of increasing the efficiency of their production and economic activities, which will ensure stable functioning, dynamic development and maximize profits. The functioning of the market for poultry products in Ukraine, as one of the branches of animal husbandry, and in particular, the market for poultry meat, has been going at a rapid pace since the years of restoration of independence. Important factors that influence the growth of production and sales of poultry products, and in particular poultry meat, are the price of products and the growth of demand for these products.
