Subject of research: technologies for using of a highly soluble form of nimesulide based on a solid dispersed system in the production of anti-inflammatory drugs. Objective: to develop a highly soluble form of nimesulide by introducing the active pharmaceutical ingredient into a solid dispersed system based on a pharmaceutically acceptable polymer. Research methods: to obtain a SDS of nimesulide with a pharmaceutically acceptable polymer, the method of joint dissolution of components, which involves the removal of solvent under the influence of temperature, was used. The dependence of the nimesulide dissolution profile in water on the concentration of polyvinylpyrrolidone of different molecular weights was studied by the Higucci and Connors method. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to study intermolecular interactions in the structure of SDS. The dissolution test was used to study the release kinetics of nimesulide from SDS. Quantitative determination of API was performed by spectrophotometric method. The results of the implementation of the main provisions of the long-term development plan of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design in the scientific field of Biology and Healthcare in 2023 are presented. The full implementation of the terms of reference to the contract for the implementation of the tasks of the long-term development plan of the scientific direction "Biology and Healthcare" of the KNUTD for 2023 is shown. Developed a highly soluble form of nimesulide based on a SDS. A research protocol adapted for the commercialisation of this research result at enterprises was developed. Based on the results of the study, 1 article was published in a professional publication of Ukraine of category B and 2 abstracts were presented at the scientific conferences.
