The equipment is supplied with the following elements: coarse and fine filters of 50 microns and replaceable filter cartridges of 10 and 1 microns, an ozone generator, an ultraviolet emitter, regulating valves for changing the flow rate of the tested waters, a dispenser for chemical reagents, detailed in the technical description of the equipment. The effectiveness of the system at the experimental level was tested in laboratory conditions on the basis of the DI NU "OMA". The analysis of sea ballast for the subject of sanitary and microbiological research was carried out by the bacteriological laboratory of the State Agency "LC of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on WT", Izmail, Ukraine, and in Odessa, Ukraine (structural division of Odesa basin department) according to current standards of medical documentation. According to the D-2 standard, an equally important indicator of the quality of sea ballast water is the presence of invasive alien organisms in dimensional and quantitative compositions. Their number should be limited and defined, meet the specified standard. This is actually the plankton composition (phyto-, zoo-, mesoplankton).
