INFLUENCE OF MODERN MACROSOCIAL FACTORS ON THE DEVELOPMENT, CLINICAL-PSYCHOPATHOLOGICAL AND THERAPEUTIC ASPECTS OF POST-TRAUMATIC AND NEUROTIC MENTAL DISORDERS The object of the study is combatants who have suffered from the coronavirus infection COVID-19 with non-psychotic mental disorders, combatants with post-traumatic stress disorder and mild brain injury. The purpose of the work: to determine the clinical-psychopathological features of non-psychotic mental disorders in accordance with the criteria of the ICD-10 (ICD-11), in patients - participants in combat operations who suffered from the disease of the coronavirus infection COVID-19; study of the influence of the features of the cognitive functioning of veterans with PTSD and LTBMI on the effectiveness of combined therapy. Research methods - to assess the effectiveness of treatment, a clinical and psychological examination was conducted using M. Hamilton's depression scale, M. Hamilton's anxiety scale, the Symptom Check List-90-Revised questionnaire on the expressiveness of psychopathological symptoms, and the methodology for assessing the quality of life of Mezzich et al. in the adaptation of N.O. Maruts and research on cognitive functioning battery of cognitive tests: Ray-Osterritz test (ROCFT), symbol association test (TMT), verbal speed test (VFT), Stroop test (StroopCWIT). Assessment of functioning was carried out according to the WHO test for assessing functionality using the WHODAS 2.0 scale. The results of the study are implemented in the medical and diagnostic process.
