The goal of the work: to develop an Action Plan for 2024–2025, which will be aimed at implementing the tasks provided for by the Strategy for the Development of the City of Kyiv until 2025 and achieving the strategic and operational goals specified in the technical tasks for development projects, with the determination of approximate volumes and sources of funding, responsible executors and deadlines. Based on the results of the work, the lists of technical tasks for regional development projects were adjusted in terms of their implementation dates, sources and amounts of funding; updated lists of technical tasks for regional development projects under three programs, namely, "Increasing the level of competitiveness of the economy of the city of Kyiv", "Increasing the comfort of life of residents of the city of Kyiv", "Preservation of historical identity and development of culture in the city of Kyiv"; updated the substantive part of the section "Prerequisites for the effective implementation of projects and risks" in view of changes in the economic and social priorities of the development of the capital during the period of large-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation and the introduction of martial law in Ukraine; changes and additions were made to the sections of the Action Plan regarding the specifics of financing regional development projects under martial law conditions.
