Using the method of arc melting, multiphase aluminides with varying Ni/Fe and Co/Fe ratios were obtained. X-ray phase analysis determined the type and quantity of phases in the synthesized materials. Subsequently, materials of nominal Rene composition: Ni75Fe25, Ni50Fe50, Ni25Fe75, Co75Fe25, Co50Fe50, Co25Fe75, Fe were synthesized by leaching method. Microscopic and X-ray phase analyses were performed on the obtained powders. Electrochemical parameters were established, including maximum discharge capacity, cyclic stability, and high-rate dischargeability (deep discharge).
