After modeling of the real geometry of the experiment by the GEANT4 code the flux-weighted average yields of the 48Сa(g,n)47Сa, 90Zr(g,n)89Zr and 100Mo(g,n)99Mo reactions were measured. The g-spectra were measured of the radioactive material of the ZNPP which was irradiated by bremsstrahlung with end-point energy 18.5 MeV. Using the ratio of the 47Ca and 58Co activities, the cobalt and calcium masses ratio was determined. Using the obtained data and the measured 60Co activity in the studied sample, a method for determining of the 41Ca activity was developed. A photoactivation method for determining of the 93Zr and 93Mo activities was developed by irradiating of the metals and sorbents of the ZNPP radioactive materials with bremsstrahlung g-quanta with end-point energy of 19 MeV. From the measured g-spectra, using the ratio of the yields of 99Mo, 58Co and 89Zr, the ratio of the concentrations of 92Ni and 92Zr isotopes to the concentration of 59Co was determined. From the obtained data and the measured activity of 60Co in the studied samples, the activities of 93Zr and 93Mo were obtained.
