Instead, the formation of coatings of the desired composition will take place directly in the process of their formation by the GDD method, as a result of the direct interaction of simple precursors in the detonation wave. In this way, a significant simplification of the coating deposition technology, a reduction in the duration of their production, and a reduction in the cost of the process will be achieved.Another important idea of ​​this project is the doping of composite phosphate coatings with bioactive metals, in particular silver, the presence of which in the coating will determine its antibacterial properties, which will significantly reduce the risks of inflammatory processes in the postoperative period. At the same time, the share of silver in such coatings should be optimal, i.e. provide a local antibacterial effect, but without causing a toxic effect on the body as a whole, which will require biomedical testing of the coatings when varying the share of Ag in them.Based on the results of physico-chemical studies of the coatings of medical implants and medical-biological testing of their antibacterial properties, recommendations will be developed and the basis will be created for the introduction of the developed GDD technology and the practical use of implants with new types of bioactive coatings in clinical practice, primarily for the needs of military medicine.
