With the use of lamps with a red spectrum of illumination, 1,123 minibulbs weighing 559.5 g per 1 m2 were obtained in the Zhytnytsia variety, with an average weight of one minibulb of 0.5 g; respectively, in the Fotinia variety - 1,376 mini-bulbs weighing 687.4 g, the average weight of the tuber is 0.4 g; in the Melania variety - 1348 mini-bulbs, weighing 801.3 g and the average weight of the tuber 0.4 g That is, the most effective at the in vitro-ex vitro stage is the use of lamps with red and blue lighting spectra, which allows you to achieve a high level of obtaining viable plants at the in vitro-ex vitro stage by cultivating cuttings from plants in vitro and obtaining minibulbs weighing 0 in cassettes ,4-0.6 g. In the current year, tubers from 57 selection numbers of potatoes were evaluated: 28 numbers of the competitive test of the first year and 29 numbers of the competitive test of the second year.
