According to the conducted studies, both in the Zhytnytsia variety and in the Melania variety, 2 options were distinguished: 4th N90P60K90 (local) + Quantum Diafan 3-18-18 (2 l/t) + Prolonged nitrogen and 6th N90P60K90 (local) + Quantum Siamin (0.5 l/t) + Prolonged nitrogen. In the Zhytnytsia variety, the yield compared to the control of 14.0 t/ha increased by 10.8 t/ha (4th variant) and 14.6 t/ha (6th variant). In the Melania variety, these indicators were 9.0 and 7.9 t/ha, respectively, compared to the control 22.8 t/ha. Due to the use of prolonged nitrogen, these same options had a longer growing season, which had a good effect on the yield. Phytophthora and Alternaria infestations have not been established due to the use of the drug Quantum CopperField. The suitability of the varieties for processing was determined and the Zhytnytsia variety was recommended for chips, and the Melania variety was recommended for French fries. The highest conditional net profit from 1 ha in the Zhytnytsia variety amounted to UAH 262.9 and 278.8 thousand, respectively, the cost of 1 ton of the crop was UAH 13.9 thousand, the level of profitability was 189.7 and 201.1%. In the Melania variety, conditional net profit from 1 ha was 264.3 and 241.3 thousand UAH, the cost of 1 ton of harvest was 13.9 thousand UAH, the level of profitability was 190.7 and 174.1%, respectively.
