The objects of the study are the peculiarities of the structural reorganization of the parenchyma and blood vessels of the testicles of white rats under the influence of endogenous negative factors in the experiment. The purpose of the work is to investigate the nature of morphofunctional changes in the parenchyma and blood vessels of the testicles of white rats during long-term administration of high doses of prednisolone. The data we obtained about the structural and functional changes in the parenchyma of the testicles and their blood vessels fully correspond to modern ideas about the nature of hormonal influences on the sexual sphere and may be a consequence of the development of those side effects of prednisone that are included in Cushing's syndrome, diabetes and metabolic syndrome [25, 32].
