The object of research is the processes of interaction of the microwave (MW) field with unusual superconductors in the superconducting state. The purpose of the work is to conduct a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the response of the resonator with films of type II superconductors and to study the influence of a number of factors on the characteristics of the response of the resonator with the FeSeTe film. Research methods – experimental measurement of the MW response of resonators with a superconductor film as a function of temperature with subsequent determination of the surface resistance of the films as a characteristic of the absorption of MW energy. The results of the improvement of the vacuum chamber in the composition with the SRDK-415DP cryocooler are presented. Numerical modeling of the electrodynamic characteristics of a superconducting cylindrical resonator with the H0m1 type of oscillations in the X- and K-frequency bands with the sample was carried out. The resonator (IP of CAS) was used to measure a number of new samples of FeSe1-xTex superconductor films. A general analysis of all experimental results obtained by the authors in 2022 and 2023 was conducted and a hypothesis is formulated: the peculiarity of the response of the FeSeTe superconductor film in the MW magnetic field is caused by two competing mechanisms of the dissipation of the MW energy in the film, one mechanism associated with magnetic vortices increases the dissipation, the second is due to Majorana bound states in the near-surface layer of the film with topological superconductivity, reduces it.
