The purpose of the research work is the theoretical substantiation and verification of the effectiveness of the method of individual training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in higher military educational institutions. Research methods. The following methods were used in the process of work: analysis of domestic and foreign philosophical, psychological, pedagogical and methodical literature - to clarify the state of development of the problem; abstraction and concretization to define the concept of methods of individual training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in higher military educational institutions; synthesis, systematization, comparison, generalization - to study the essence and content of the methodology of individual training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers in higher military educational institutions. To implement the tasks, the methods of theoretical and empirical research were used, which mutually enriched each other and ensured the achievement of the goal of research work.
