The case of a plane orientation of the crystal was considered. A comparative analysis of the influence of incoherent effects during the scattering of such particles in thin bent crystals at different energies was carried out. It is shown that at different positron energies in the range from 1 to 200 GeV, the influence of incoherent effects during particle scattering practically does not change the angular distribution when particles are deflected to large angles. When the positron energy is reduced to 1-2 GeV, taking into account incoherent effects during particle scattering changes the angular distribution when particles are deflected to large angles, and the intensity of particle scattering to large angles decreases by 20-30%. The distributions of ionization energy losses of positively charged high-energy particles moving in thin oriented silicon crystals were obtained by computer modeling at different values of the angle between the particle momentum and atomic planes and between the particle momentum and atomic strings. The evolution of the distribution of the ionization energy loss of particles with a change in the indicated angles was studied.
