The aim of the study is to increase the effectiveness of treatment of oral mucosal diseases in patients with chronic somatic diseases, including herpes-associated exudative erythema multiforme, based on the study of general and local immunity, the level of endotoxication and justification and development of pathogenesis. . Research methods: general clinical, radiological, biochemical, immunological and statistical methods are used in the work. Population and individual predictors were determined and a situational analysis of their impact on the occurrence and development of herpes-associated BEE was carried out. It was established that chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and pathology of the thyroid gland are the main factors, the presence of which increases the likelihood of HA BEE, frequent colds and diseases of the respiratory-pulmonary system have a slightly lower prognostic significance. Based on these data, criteria for the formation of high-risk groups for the development of HA BEE were determined, and individual treatment schemes were developed depending on the main somatic factor.
