The aim was to improve the results of complex treatment of patients with destructive forms of acute cholecystitis, which are complicated with peritonitis, by using of laparolifting laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients for whom laparotomic ones is contraindicated. It has been shown that laparoscopic methods lead to a reduction in pain sensations, and a greater return of biochemical and clinical test results to clinical norms.
